  • A health assessment where I customize a program to fit you and your life and your preferences without a diet full of kale and acai. 
  • Goal setting assignment to really hammer out what you want to achieve. Working together, with my expertise, your will, and determination we will decide on a plan of action and convert your dreams into a realistic goal.
  • Meal plans customized to your body type, nutrient deficiencies, digestion, and your personal goals.
  • Shopping lists to get you through the entire 12 weeks. 
  • A workout routine (20-30 minutes – 5 days a week) that you can easily add to your life with or without a gym membership and without needing an entire gym in your home. 
  • Tips to combat stress, food prep, eating out, surviving holidays and more
  • Weekly check-in and accountability assignments 
  • Reassessment and check-in after each 4 week milestone.
  • Private online support with me. I will walk you through every step of this so you can achieve maximum results.
